For Shannon and Nick, this unexpected meeting is uncomfortable to say the least.  Made even more so when Sam, Nick’s son announces that he wants Shannon to be his new mommy!

Nick can’t understand why a nice girl would be stripping, so his attitude towards his son’s new teacher isn’t so hot.   He can’t get away from the memory of the night or the fact he wants to get to know Shannon a whole lot better.  She is very attracted to Nick, but knows that they can’t be together, at least until she isn’t Sam’s teacher anymore.  Then a misunderstanding rocks everyone’s life and Nick looses Shannon in the process.  What will he do to get her back?

This is not the first book I have read by Emma Sinclair and I pray it won’t be the last.  I don’t give top honors often, but in this case it was completely warranted.  From Shannon and Nick’s first meeting, until their last you are totally drawn into their story.  You feel embarrassed for them, you get angry, you cry and you cheer.  All the reasons I couldn’t put it down until I was finished.  The chemistry between the two was hot and wonderful, and having a child in the mix, just added to the sweetness of the story.  I highly recommend this story.  This is going on my keeper shelf.  Well done, Ms. Sinclair.
