Adrian has a wonderful group of friends, but is hesitate to tell them that he is not human or that he is homosexual. Only one mortal friend knows the truth and he’s sworn to keep it silent. One night, Adrian goes out the bar with his pals. It is there that he is approached by a gorgeous man with eyes the color of blue metallic steel. After the man introduces himself as Erik aka Caunion, Adrian is in for the surprise of his life. Erik is an elf also ready to claim Adrian for a mate. He must decide if Erik is the one for him, and can fill the void inside his heart and body.

Author Kay Derwydd once again has pleased this reader/reviewer immensely. The tale of two elves, who have found each other, is engaging, sensual and emotionally touching. The main focus is not about the two elves being gay, but that they been looking for a completion of their souls, a mate to be with forever. A very romantic yet sex filled short story that will be a big hit with those that like their erotica about hot men who desire other desirable men. Two thumbs up, all the way.
