Charlotte Sane, a city woman, leave the rodeo
stadium when she can no longer endure the sight of men riding bulls and
wild horses. When Charlotte nears the animal pens a burly cowboy prevents
her from going further.
Tyson Wilcox comes to her rescue only to realize
the petite, black woman is doing fine on her own. Although she’s not
dressed for a rodeo he can’t help but be attracted to the way she fills
out what she’s wearing. Between her wisecracks and sexual repartee, Ty
knows he wants to spend more time with Charlotte.
This “fish out of water” story has a twist.
Charlotte doesn’t fit the rodeo crowd and Ty doesn’t fit her city
lifestyle. In addition, Charlotte worries that her race is going to cause
Ty problems.
Lena Matthews draws us into the hot flirtations
between these two and you can’t help hope that they fall into bed, soon.
Charlotte is quick-witted and humorous. Ty knows a good woman when he
sees one and Charlotte doesn’t deter him from his goal.
Ms. Matthews’s depiction of urban love for a
country cowboy is spicy, sassy, and a story you can’t put down. Can love
conquer even the largest roadblocks we set before it? Read For Love’s
Sake Only and find out.
