This was a fun book to read.   It was sexy, well written and loved the premise of a friend sticking her nose in to help the people she loved.   There were some interesting twists in it that surprised me.  I did find it hard to warm up to Shane and his behavior to Lucy, as well as to Lucy with her hot / cold attitude.  The rest of the story made up for it.   I enjoyed this book and think anyone yearning for a second chance will too.
