The lead suspect is Candy, another woman at the ranch. Gabe makes the mistake of getting involved with the oversexed lady. He wants to believe she is innocent, but is she? Gabe might just be looking at heartache in his life, since divorcing his wife.

The Haunting of Desert Rose is another delicious paranormal romance. Gabe is a sexy, medium with a gift for making most women fall all over him. His sexual encounter with Candy is non stop lust marathon that will keep most readers glued to their seats and squirming. There is a nice twist to this story that most readers will not be able to predict. I look forward to reading more from Marianne LaCroix, as she is an author that never disappoints her readers when it comes to delivering a passionate, original story.
